THE PROCESS
Step 1 – Choose and Reserve Your Plot
Select your preferred plot and reserve it.
We will then arrange a meeting to guide you through:
• The overall process
• Design flexibility
• Cost structure
• Key decisions ahead
Step 2 – Design Your Home
Work with our architect to adapt the base design to suit your requirements.
This includes:
• Internal layout
• External appearance and materials
• Specification
Step 3 – PURCHASE YOUR PLOT
Once your design is finalised:
• You purchase the plot and enter into a fixed price design and build contract
Step 4 – Build and Personalise
During construction, you will select the interior finishes of your home, including kitchens and bathrooms.
We provide regular updates throughout the build, including drone footage of progress, with site visits aligned to key stages such as mortgage release points.
